Overall Challenges
Since we wanted to prioritize high resolution and appealing video quality this year, we used my Canon 750D to ensure that. It did get the job done, however, the stability of our footage got compromised in the process. I have made attempts to counter tat by using warp stabilizers like my teacher suggested, however, on some videos, applying warp stabilizer would make the footage too wobbly.
Moreover, as the editor, I struggled a lot with transitions. I was not satisfied with most of the transitions, despite trying multiple software. Premiere Pro's inbuilt transitions are hardly cinematic in terms of music videos (except for the dip to white and dip to black ones), and although I did import some plugins that would otherwise have been excellent, but even these didn't seem to compliment my music video. Therefore, I think this was one shortcoming.
